Chris Leahy
Cubmaster
Chris is a former scout who started as a Tiger and made it all the way through scouts earning his Eagle Scout award. He loves the outdoors, fishing and playing disc golf. Chris became Cubmaster in 2023
Steven Sorrell
Assistant Cubmaster
Steven has been a Den Leader, an Outdoor Activity Chair, and is now an Assistant Cubmaster. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys being very active with all things scouts and is best known for his hikes. Steven joined our Pack in 2023.

John Rian
Arrow of Light Den 9 Leader
John became involved with scouting in 2017 when his oldest son was part of Pack 628's first Lions Den. He has since become a leader for Den 9 when his next son joined the pack in 2019, where he continues to share his love of the outdoors with his kids and their fellow scouts.

Arrow of Light Den 11 Leader
Growing up as a Girl Scout with only sisters, I am new to the BSA. My husband and I have been involved in the BSA ever since our oldest expressed an interest in joining as a Lion back in 2017. We love to be outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, and exploring. I look forward to helping our cubs become independent and courageous young individuals.

As a former scout, Jeff is excited to be a leader now that his twin sons are starting out in cub scouts. Jeff’s favorite things to do are spending time with his family, playing basketball, working out, fishing, and hunting. He’s looking forward to the great experiences and knowledge that scouting will provide for his boys and the other scouts.

Rick is a former scout and joined Pack 628 as a Tiger Den Leader in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, exercising, working with his hands, and writing. He’s excited to return to scouting and share all the great experiences and lessons it has to offer with his son and all the other scouts.

Craig is a Physician Assistant and retired from the Army. He grew up camping, fishing, cycling and hiking in Buffalo, NY. He enjoys teaching his two sons and scouts all about the outdoors and leadership. Craig joined the Committee in 2021.
Our Treasurer is responsible for the Pack finances and budget. They work with the Committee and local bank and vendors on any Pack needs. The Popcorn "Kernel" coordinates the Packs largest fundraiser of the year! They work with the District to ensure we have Storefront locations and slots for Scouts to sell popcorn!
Becky is a proud Cub Scout parent and joined in 2024. She loves spending time skiing, biking, and being outside with her family. Becky works hard to empower and excite kids from all backgrounds to engage in STEM education and experiences.
Our Secretary is responsible for the record keeping for the Pack. They host/run the online monthly meetings with the Committee Chair. They complete the minutes for the monthly committee meetings. They are the holders of any health documentation for Scouts/Adults needed for overnight activities.
Kevin earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1999 and has many fond memories of the Scouting adventures he enjoyed with his Pack/Troop in Northern NJ. He and his son joined Pack 628 in 2021 and he looks forward to helping other families discover the tremendous character and skill development opportunities that Scouting has to offer.

Aaron is a former scout and joined Pack 628 with his son in 2021. He enjoys spending time with family, photography, and playing various games outside with his children. He looks forward to sharing all the great experiences scouting has to offer with his son and with the other scouts.
